4th annual Top Hat & Tails to feature celebrity dance competition
Don't miss the biggest party of the year, Saturday, June 18, when Paws In The Citypresents the fourth annual Top Hat & Tails. This year's event will once again be held at theFrontiers of Flight Museum at Love Field and will feature a silent auction, cocktails, a sit down dinner, live auction, and the wildly popular celebrity dance contest, which pairs local celebrities with Arthur Murray dance professionals.
This year's celebrity dancers include Emmy award-winning veteran of TV and radio Jody Dean; WB 33 Chief Meteorologist Rebecca Miller; journalist and online trendsetter Krystal Schlegel; movie and television star Burton Gilliam; NBC5 Gridlock Buster Tammy Dombeck; executive chef and owner of Suze Restaurant, Gilbert Garza; Fox 4's Fiona Garza; and Dallas Cowboys great Tony Casillas. Sports-casting legend Scott Murray and former Dallas Cowboys star Preston Pearson return as co-hosts, with TV personality and philanthropist Angie Barrett, former Dallas Cowboys great Drew Pearson, and Arthur Murray Dance Studio's own Claudia Marshall serving as judges for the contest.

This year's honorees are Jonnie England, Director of Animal Advocacy and Communications for the Metroplex Animal Coalition and Jack Knox, long-time animal advocate and owner of Cafe Pacific.
Tickets are $125 per person, and are available online. Each ticket includes appetizers, a 3-course dinner, one drink ticket, a glass of wine with dinner, and a good bag. Dress is black tie optional, or something reminiscent of the Mad Men era. Cocktails and the silent auction begin at 6 p.m., with dinner, the live auction, and the dance competition at 7:30 p.m. The late night crowd will be able to enjoy dancing and cocktails again beginning at 10 p.m.
